                              VICE PRESIDENT
                         Mainstreet Community
                             Board of Directors

PATRICE DIAMOND,
Vice President of the Mainstreet Community Board of Directors, will continue the vision we started one year ago.  "First, I respect the trust and confidence that you as homeowners showed by voting me on to the Board in 2009 and 2010."  As a Board member, along with other loyal volunteers in the community, she will continue to work on projects such as the Garden & Landscape Committee, Welcome Committee, Nimblechase Crime Watch Coordinator and newsletter editor, and Mainstreet Grants Committee.

Patrice brings to the Board a sincere and concerted effort to improve accountability, accessibility, trust and confidence.  Her goal is to continue to provide responsiveness to homeowners, and conscientious, straightforward, and transparent stewardship over the programs and monies the community has entrusted to the Board.  "I will also work effectively with fellow Board members to ensure that we --as a Board -- remember that the homeowners of this community are the reason for the existence of the Board.  We will continue to focus our efforts on making tangible improvements in the quality of life for the residents of the Mainstreet community."

While planning the Health Fair, she first made contact with members of the Board of Directors and found a wonderfully dynamic and enthusiastic group of people whose vision was to work towards the betterment of the community.  Her hope is to encourage more residents/homeowners to get involved in the affairs of the community.
