| Paying Your Association Fees |
The Mainstreet Board of Directors is committed to working with homeowners during this period of economic upheaval. Current conditions have forced homeowners and families to make critical decisions. The Mainstreet Board is very aware of how these decisions affect day-to-day activities.
Effective immediately, homeowners with delinquent accounts are encouraged to contact the Clubhouse administrative office in order to discuss payment arrangements. We will make every effort to work out suitable terms. We look forward to hearing from you.
CMA - Community Management Associates, Inc. is the management company hired by Mainstreet to handle financials 800-522-6314
Association fees are due the 1st of each month and late after the 15th of each month. Any payments received after the 15th will result in a late fee.
