The final 2010 Master Association and Townhome Budgets was mailed to homeowners in April 2010. Every year at Annual Meeting, the first Thursday in November, members have the opportunity to express their thoughts -- and weigh in on the proposed operating budget for the upcoming year. The Annual Meeting for 2009 was held on December 15, 2009. Always take the time to review the proposed budgets and come to an Annual Meeting to share your thoughts in helping to make our community the very best place to live.
