The proposed 2010 Master Association and Townhome Budgets will be published shortly for your review. Every year at Annual Meeting, the first Thursday in November, members have the opportunity to express their thoughts--weigh--in on the proposed operating budget for the upcoming year. The Annual Meeting for 2009 was held on December 15, 2009. Always take the time to review the proposed budgets and come to an Annual Meeting to share your thoughts in helping to make our community the very best place to live.
